Co-founder, Director of Creative & Studio Experience
Roberta is the creative force behind SPLAT!’s studio design and atmosphere. She carefully sources sustainable materials, trusted suppliers and unique décor to craft an inspiring space where creativity flows freely.
Parties and events have always been close to her heart and she thrives on the buzz of planning and organising unforgettable experiences. From handling party enquiries to bringing each celebration to life, Roberta ensures every detail reflects the fun, freedom and colour that SPLAT! is all about.
As the creative eye of SPLAT!, she brings together the splashes, textures and energy that make every visit, and every event - truly memorable!
Nickii Mallia
Co-founder, Director of Operations & Digital Strategy
Nickii brings structure and vision to SPLAT!, making sure everything runs smoothly, from operations and partnerships to planning and growth. With a sharp digital eye, she also manages SPLAT!’s online presence and social media, keeping the brand as lively online as it is in the studio.
After 20 + years in the corporate world, Nickii now channels her experience into creating engaging team-building events that blend fun, creativity and meaningful connection. She thrives on bringing people together through colour and expression, turning every session into a shared experience to remember.
As the organiser and planner of the duo, Nickii is the steady rhythm that keeps SPLAT! moving behind the scenes.
