Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to be flexible. Please read our policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled session, free of charge via the link in your booking confirmation email.
If you wish to reschedule your session less than 48 hours before, please contact us directly.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take a few days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
No-shows (arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice) are considered cancellations and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
3. Transferring Your Booking
If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member at no cost.
Please notify us in advance so we can update the booking name.
4. SPLAT! Malta Cancellations
On rare occasions, SPLAT! Malta may need to cancel or postpone a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, staff illness or weather-related safety).
In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take a few days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Group & Party Bookings
For large groups, kids/teen parties or team-building bookings, cancellation terms may differ based on your agreement or invoice.
A non-refundable €100 deposit is required to secure your slot, with the balance due 3 days before the event. All bookings are confirmed once deposit payment has been received. If you need to cancel or reschedule your group session, please contact us directly.
