Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to be flexible. Please read our policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled session, free of charge via the link in your booking confirmation email.

  • If you wish to reschedule your session less than 48 hours before, please contact us directly.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take a few days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • No-shows (arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice) are considered cancellations and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

3. Transferring Your Booking

  • If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member at no cost.

  • Please notify us in advance so we can update the booking name.

4. SPLAT! Malta Cancellations

  • On rare occasions, SPLAT! Malta may need to cancel or postpone a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, staff illness or weather-related safety).

  • In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take a few days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Group & Party Bookings

  • For large groups, kids/teen parties or team-building bookings, cancellation terms may differ based on your agreement or invoice.

  • A non-refundable €100 deposit is required to secure your slot, with the balance due 3 days before the event. All bookings are confirmed once deposit payment has been received. If you need to cancel or reschedule your group session, please contact us directly.

By completing a booking with SPLAT! Malta, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
