By booking a SPLAT! session or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a safe, fair and enjoyable experience for everyone aged 4+.

All bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. Sessions run for 45 minutes unless otherwise specified (15 minutes suit-up and instructions / 30 minutes activity). Late arrivals may result in reduced session time, as we cannot extend beyond your allocated slot. If you are a no-show and you miss your session, we won’t be able to provide a reschedule or refund.

SPLAT! provides reusable protective gear, including goggles, shoe covers, ponchos and/or overalls, to keep you comfortable during your session. Paints used are non-toxic, water-based and skin-friendly, but they may still stain clothing or personal items. We recommend wearing clothes that you don’t mind getting a splash of colour on. SPLAT! is not liable for any damage to clothing, footwear, accessories, or personal belongings brought into the SPLAT! room. SPLAT! is also not liable for any items stolen or lost during a session.

For everyone’s safety, all participants must follow staff instructions and wear protective equipment at all times while inside the SPLAT! room. Children aged 4–12 must be accompanied by an adult. SPLAT! reserves the right to refuse entry or stop a session if safety rules are not followed.

By taking part in a session, you accept that paint-splatting is a messy activity and agree to participate at your own risk. SPLAT! is not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by failure to follow safety guidelines.

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time, and the latest version will always be available on our website. By booking and participating, you agree to the most current version in effect at the time of your session.

Our aim is to make SPLAT! a safe, colourful and stress-free experience for everyone. Just a small note: you are allowed to go wild with your splats on the walls and canvases - but please avoid hand-smearing on the walls. It helps us keep the studio’s artwork looking awesome for everyone.
